Mariah and I had a second opportunity to do life drawing at at Art Commons. They are planning a future series of life drawing events over the next year. I used a variety of sketching materials: charcoal sticks, markers and hard pastels.
The poses were done in a movement series and ranged from a couple of minutes in each pose to 8 minutes.
The sense of movement really is obvious in some of these series of poses.
The model was burlesque dancer. Her costume was a Moon Goddess in layers of pink and blue with a silver headdress.
